Abstract: A tricyclic mapping T is defined on the union of three subsets A,B and C of a metric space, that satisfies T(A)⊆B, T(B)⊆C and T(C)⊆A. Taking inspiration from the recent work by the current authors. We shall discuss existence of best proximity points of both tricyclic contractions and tricyclic relatively nonexpansive mapping in different subclasses of metric spaces.
