Abstract: The correct diagnosis of breast cancer is one of the major problems in the medical field. It has been found different pattern recognition techniques that can be help to improve in this domain. These techniques can help the specialists in the field of medicine form a second opinion and make a better diagnosis. In this paper we present a novel classification approach to identify breast cancer, this approach is based on Latent class analysis. Two data set will be compared to improve our results.
