Abstract: This work considers the stabilization for a class of second order semilinear systems evolving in a spatial domain Ω. We give sufficient conditions for exponential stabilization using feedback controls. Moreover, we study the exponential and strong stabilization for the case of second order bilinear systems. The obtained results are illustrated by many examples with simulations.
