Abstract: In this work we describe a model of the interaction between the aristeus antennatus and sardine fish population in a fishing protected area and a free access fishing zone. We assume that the growth of the population under pre reserve conditions follows the logistic model. The marine reserve is fully protected from fishing and if the shrimps are not in the protected region they are exploitable. The objective of the paper is studying the existence and the stability of the equilibrium points by using eigenvalues analysis.
