Abstract: Nowadays, excellence is considered to be an important value, and a goal to be pursued by industrial enterprises, in order to increase their global performance based on economic, social and environmental indicators to satisfy all their stakeholders. In this context, industrial enterprises are invited to measure their excellence level for continuous improvement [1].
